An amazing Festival in the north of Portugal, with over 200 SwáSthya Yôga practicioners. Located in the proximity of the beautiful city of Porto, the event took place at the historical Pousada de Viseu, which belongs to the group Pousadas de Portugal. Amongst fantastic theoretical and practical Yôga lessons, we enjoyed Portugal´s hot sun at the chilled water of the swimming pool and in the evening an energizing sauna. The ever so elegant dinners at the Hotel were just delicious and the talks, laughters and dances went on throughout the night... Take a look at the pics!
